Quick n'tasty
Stopped in to Lidl on the way home from work. As you know most Lidl's are very basic, but the Thomas Street one has a distinctly East Germany in the 1980's feel to it.
I bought fresh pasta (cooks in 3 mins), cooked and peeled prawns (shrimp for my American readers!) and a jar of sundried tomato pesto. Top with cheese and you have a tasty dinner in less than 5 minutes!

I would love to try fresh pasta sometime. One of these days I'll have to give it a go. Or maybe even try making some myself.
