I generally dislike this building but in the sun today it looked quite good.
This blog was originally started to track our progress as we regenerated a derelict Victorian house in Dublin. We turned an old crumbling ruin in to our dream house! If you wish to read through the trials and tribulations of the house build it is best to start at the oldest blog post and read in date order. The blog then evolved in to being all about my life in Dublin, Ireland and then life in Malaga, Spain with artist "PIGSY" and now back in Dublin I hope you enjoy reading it!

Liberty Building
The Liberty Insurance Building (formerly the Q Building) is the tallest building in Blanchardstown.
Bread feast!!
I stopped in to Lidl before work - their bread shop is so good. They bake all the pastries fresh on their premises.
Then it was off to Starbucks for breakfast before work.

Cocktail time!
Cocktail time!
I got this cocktail mix in Dunnes Off Licence. It says it contains alcohol but not what type of alcohol. I bought the Citrus Daiquiri but there were others available.
You stick them in the freezer and then squeeze them out in to a glass - kind of like a slushy!
They are marketed as a "Squeeze & freeze" cocktail.

A sarnie by the canal
Met my sis for a walk after work because it was such a lovely day. We then stopped and picnicked by the canal.
Small pleasures!
Small pleasures in life: Sitting outside on your coffee break reading a magazine.
Ireland is experiencing a mini heat wave which is expected to last to the weekend. I'm trying to spend as much time outdoors!

Seat pads
I bought this great flamingo fabric in Key West. I love how tropical it is.
I decided to make seat pads for the garden furniture. It took me less than a day to make the first one.
Photoshoot for Dean Cooper
Most of our built in furniture was supplied and fitted by Dean Cooper Furniture.
On Friday, Dean arranged for the kitchen, wardrobes & TV unit to be photographed for his new brochure and website.
The kitchen was staged beautifully! I'm looking forward to seeing the photos in print and online.
Here are a few photos from the day.
