As I drove to work today I listened to an interview on the radio with the lead detective on the
Annie McCarrick missing person case. On the 26th of March 1993, 26 yr old American Annie McCarrick disappeared in Dublin. Never to be seen again it is one of the sad missing persons stories in Ireland.
This case resonated with many Irish people and most people remember the picture of this tall striking American lady. For her family's sake I hope a body is eventually found and that the mystery of her disappearance is solved - even after all this time.
