This blog was originally started to track our progress as we regenerated a derelict Victorian house in Dublin. We turned an old crumbling ruin in to our dream house! If you wish to read through the trials and tribulations of the house build it is best to start at the oldest blog post and read in date order. The blog then evolved in to being all about my life in Dublin, Ireland and then life in Malaga, Spain with artist "PIGSY" and now back in Dublin I hope you enjoy reading it!

Supper with my sister
If you are interested, here are the ingredients in the pudding.
Black: Oatmeal, Onions, Irish Beef Fat, Water, Dried Blood, Spices.
The white pudding has no dried blood in it but does have salt. Of course the other ingredient in white pudding is Irish Pork.
So delish!
Posh crisps!
What's your favourite crisp flavour?
My sister and I bought some in Marks & Spencers today - Lobster Cocktail and BBQ flavour. Oh my! What a taste sensation.

Dropbox
Yesterday I tried to organise myself a bit. I've been seeing that Google Reader will be going shortly so I signed up for Bloglovin' to keep track of the blogs that I follow.
The other thing that I did was sign up for Dropbox and moved all my photos from my iPhone over. Embarrassingly, I had over 2, 500 photos on my phone!!! I now have to delete them all :-(
Dropbox is useful for both storing safely and sharing of likes, photos, videos, etc.

Pancakes
I ate two with bacon & maple syrup and then had one the traditional Irish way with sugar and lemon juice.

In better news I see that Door 51 is coming back. Yay!
That's where I will be going for breakfast in future.
Door 51 had changed into NoodleMee for a short time. Ciaran and I foresaw that this was never going to be a success as it was going up against the established Diep and Siam Thai (I love their Pad Thai!)
Good Friday in Ireland
No pubs or off licenses are allowed sell alcohol and Catholics are expected to not eat meat or drink alcohol.
I believe that the only place you will be able to buy alcohol is in airports or residents bars in hotels.
The photo below is the sign that was up in my local Superquinn grocery shop.
The bottom pic is the sign that was in Dunnes Stores.
