We are taunted every evening by photos of what our friends in the States are eating . Yesterday it was ribs. Have you ever seen such great looking food?!
Seeing these pictures was punishment for us as I've blogged before about how good ribs are hard to come by in Ireland.
This blog was originally started to track our progress as we regenerated a derelict Victorian house in Dublin. We turned an old crumbling ruin in to our dream house! If you wish to read through the trials and tribulations of the house build it is best to start at the oldest blog post and read in date order. The blog then evolved in to being all about my life in Dublin, Ireland and then life in Malaga, Spain with artist "PIGSY" and now back in Dublin I hope you enjoy reading it!
Why are they so hard to come by?
ReplyDeleteHi Mary Ann,
DeleteNot many restaurants serve ribs and even less cook them well. They are generally dry and meatless. Not like the big, meaty, juicy ribs we have eaten when in the USA!
Oh this post has truly made me hungry. I love the look of the beans and salad. Yummy.
ReplyDeleteHe must surely be a fabulous chef !!!!
