Today I made pancakes and rather then using an electric mixer I used a hand whisk. The result was lumpy batter and fabulous aerated fat n' fluffy pancakes!

Fat n' fluffy
A few weeks ago I blogged about making pancakes and how I was disappointed that they were not fluffy enough. On this blog I was given advice not to over mix and that lumps were good.
Today I made pancakes and rather then using an electric mixer I used a hand whisk. The result was lumpy batter and fabulous aerated fat n' fluffy pancakes!
